He is also responsible for all sales in a tremendously successful multi unit downtown condominium conversion while contributing to the design, marketing and construction aspects of the building

Originally from Newport Beach, California, Jeff attended the University of Southern California. He has called Manhattan home for over ten years and lives in a COOP he owns on lower Fifth Avenue. It was his overwhelming fascination with New York's real estate, architecture, and diversity that compelled him to move to Manhattan.

Prior to his arrival in New York, Jeff worked as a commercial real estate broker with Grubb & Ellis Company in Southern California.
