Kevin Ilarraza brings more than 14 years of diverse Human Resources experience from the residential real estate, homebuilding, pharmaceutical and retail industries to his post as Regional Human Resources Director for The Corcoran Group Real Estate. This seasoned HR professional will capably oversee the entire Human Resources team for all of Corcoran’s businesses. He will additionally be instrumental in handling employee relations, guiding management on policy interpretation, assisting in formulating compensation and employment agreements, overseeing the agent licensing function, providing HR-related training, managing recruitment processes and succession planning activities, liaising with Corporate NRT Human Resources, and supporting the company’s strategic initiatives. Kevin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations from High Point University in North Carolina, and received an MBA in Human Resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He and his wife, Karen, reside in Atlantic Highlands, NJ with their three young children.
